Serves: 4 Cooking time (approx.): minutes Style: North Indian Vegetarian 4 large tomatoes finely chopped 4 cups yoghurt lightly beaten 1 teaspoon(s) of mustard seeds 1 tablespoon(s) oil 4 green chillies chopped Salt and pepper to taste. - Season the lightly beaten yoghurt with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil on high flame till hot. Drop in the mustard seeds and let them splutter.
- Now, to this add the tomatoes, green chillies and mix well. Fry on high heat for 4 minutes or till the fat separates from the sides of the pan. Cool. Pour this mixture over the seasoned yoghurt and mix lightly.
Serve chilled. |
