Serve In : Old-Fashioned Glass (8-10 fl oz) as shown above

1 fl oz (25 ml) brandy
½ fl oz (12 ml) cherry brandy
1 fl oz (25 ml) lemon juice
2 teaspoons sugar syrup
crushed ice cubes as required
2 slices of lime

Place crushed ice in old-fashioned glass(es). Pour the brandy, cherry brandy, lemon juice, and sugar syrup over the ice.

Serve decorated with slices of lime.

TIP:
To make sugar syrup, bring to boil on low heat in a small saucepan 3 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons sugar stirring continuously so as to dissolve the sugar. Simmer for about a minute or two without stirring.
