Serve In : Brandy Balloon Glass (12 fl oz) as shown above
2 fl oz (50 ml) brandy
1 egg(s)
1 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
crushed ice cubes as required
grated nutmeg to garnish
- Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice cubes.
- Strain the mixture into brandy balloon glass(es) and serve garnished with a sprinkling of grated nutmeg.
