Serve In : Collins Glass (14 oz) as shown above

½ fl oz (12 ml) light rum
½ fl oz (12 ml) dark rum
½ fl oz (12 ml) triple sec
½ fl oz (12 ml) orgeat syrup
½ fl oz (12 ml) pineapple juice
1 fl oz (25 ml) sweet and sour
ice cubes as required
2 cherries to garnish

Pour all the ingredients except the cherries into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.

Strain the mixture into collins glass(es) almost filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with the cherries and serve.

TIP:
Triple sec is an orange-flavored liqueur.

Orgeat syrup is a sweet almond syrup. It is typically made with almonds, rose water and sugar.

Sweet and sour is a mixer made of a blend of lemon juice and sugar syrup. It is also known as sour mix or bar mix.
