An after-dinner cocktail made with brandy and white crème de menthe.

Style: Alcoholic Cocktail


2 fl oz (50 ml) brandy
1 fl oz (25 ml) white crème de menthe
crushed ice cubes required
1 sprig(s) of mint
  1. Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve garnished with sprig(s) of mint.
    TIP:
  • Crème de menthe is a peppermint-flavored liqueur.
