Serve In : Collins Glass (14 oz) as shown above
1½ fl oz (37 ml) gin
1 fl oz (25 ml) lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) fine sugar
ice cubes as required
3 fl oz (75 ml) club soda
1 slice(s) of orange
2 cherries
- Pour the gin, lemon juice and sugar into a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well.
- Strain the mixture into collins glass(es) almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add the club soda and stir. Garnish with orange slice(s) and cherries.
