Vegetarian Quick and Easy Cooking : Sugar Twisties

4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup(s) sugar
2 cup(s) plain flour
½ teaspoon(s) cinnamon powder freshly ground
1 tablespoon(s) sugar granules

Mix the sugar with butter. Beat with a light hand till fluffy and creamy. Mix in the flour and cinnamon powder well to form a dough. Take small portions of the dough and shape them like twisted rolls. Place these twisties on wax paper and bake in a preheated oven at 150^oC / 300^oF for about 20 minutes or till done. Sprinkle the sugar granules on them while they are still warm.

TIPS:
A few drops of honey can be sprinkled in place of sugar.
The dough can be shaped as desired instead of twisties.

Serve as: a tea-time snack.
