When you purchase a premier membership from Syvum, you receive 2 emails.
One of them is the receipt, and is for your records. The second email
with subject "Product purchase successful" contains instructions for
activating your premier membership, as well as an activation code.
If you have not received one or both of these emails, please make
sure that they are not blocked by your spam filtering software/utility.
The procedure for activating a premier membership is as follows:

If you have never registered as a member on our web site,
you will need to create your own user ID and password from:
http://www.syvum.com/members/register.html
If you have already registered as a member, and have a user ID and password,
you may go to the next step.

To activate/renew your membership, please go to:
http://www.syvum.com/cgi/members/premier.cgi
and enter your activation code, which can be found in the
email with subject "Product purchase successful," as mentioned above.

You need to create your own user ID and password.
This can be done by registering as a member from:

How do I obtain an activation code?
An activation code is what you need to activate your premier membership.
Free or trial membership does not require activation (it is automatically
activated upon registration). If you wish to become a
premier member, you may obtain your activation code by purchasing
the premier membership from our online store.

If you purchased a premier membership from Syvum, you should have

The "Learning Mode" shows all questions from the database for any
exercise/quiz. The "Review Mode," on the other hand, is designed to show
you only the questions
that you marked as Review by clicking the Review+ button next to the
question, while your learning pace was set to something other than
Review.
You may mark as many question as Review+ while you are in "Learning Mode,"
to designate them for later review. When you want to review those
questions, simply click on the "Review Mode" tab.
Then you will be shown only the questions you marked for Review.
