Syvum unveils plans for Kids Proverbs SyvumBook
Calgary (CANADA), 31 October 1999.
The plans for a Kids Proverbs SyvumBook were announce today by Syvum
Technologies Inc. It is designed to help learn English proverbs and their
meanings through activities and exercises.
This is the second SyvumBook for enrichment of children's English language
knowledge, the previous one being the Kids English SyvumBook.
There are two levels of the Kids Proverbs SyvumBook, targeted towards
children aged 8 and above. Over 400 English proverbs can be learnt
through the fun-filled activities.
The proverbs are also listed alphabetically along with their meanings
so that they can be readily located. Exercises are designed to allow
the child to learn these proverbs in carefully measured doses based
on a simple classification strategy. A demo version of the Proverbs
SyvumBook is soon to be released, which will be accompanied by
the full version release that will be available for purchase from the
Syvum Web Shop.
