Kids SyvumBook Series -- the new name for Kiddie Genius Series
Calgary (CANADA), 21 September 1999.
In a surprise move today, Syvum Technologies announced that the Kiddie Genius
Series is being given a new name -- Kids SyvumBook Series. The Kiddie Genius
(now Kids SyvumBook) Series is a collection of software tools designed
specifically to help kids in learning and thereby help parents and teachers
in teaching. It is based on the SyvumBook technology invented by Syvum.
The subjects in this series, namely Math, English and Knowledge will now
be referred to as Kids Math SyvumBook, Kids English SyvumBook and Kids
Knowledge SyvumBook respectively.
The current downloadable version of the Kids SyvumBook Series from Syvum
web site
has also been updated to reflect the name change.
According to Syvum, this change will not have a great
impact on the existing user base, but provide an impetus to the long term
goal of Syvum to take the SyvumBook technology into homes, schools and offices.
It will help in making Syvum and SyvumBook a household name, they said.
