   the reason that lord curzon gave in favour was the bengal was too large a
   state to b admininstrated. thus on grounds of administative inconvience
   bengal was partitioned.
   
   
   but the nationalist interpreted it as a measure to stike at the rootas of
   bengali nationalism and create a wedge in hindu muslim unity

   3. deputy ministers- they are the third category of ministers who assist the
   cabinet ministers n the ministers of state.
