   Tamil Nadu the area in India recieves rain due to Western disturbances.
   Tanil Nadu grows a large variety of rice crop which needs abundant water for
   the growth, so the rainfall is useful for the growing of the rice crop in
   Tamil Nadu.

   The example given is wrong as Pakistan is not a land locked country.It is an
   important coastline. A better example would be Nepal.

   The vegetation in Pakistan is scanty as its annual range of temperature is
   high and receives less rainfall as it does not receive rainfall from the
   SouthWest monsoon as these winds lose their moisture by the time they reach
   Pakistan.
