=>9ac-12ad+12bc-16bd=9ac+12ad-12bc-16bd
=>-12ad+12bc=12ad-12bc
=>12ad+12ad=12bc+12bc
=>24ad=24bc
=>ad=bc
=>a=bc/d
=>a/b=c/d PROVED
