The instances which Cassius says about Caesar's weakness are:-

*When he was in Spain caesar had a fever and his lips trembled his eyes lost
lustre and his face became pale and asked like a sick girl "Please give me
   some water Titinius".

*When there was a heavy storm and when river Tiber was roaring with great
force Caesar said that "Let us swim to the yonder point" and Cassius
immediately jumps into the river followed by Caesar and while swimming
Caesar shouts "Cassius please help me else i will drown" an hence Cassius
   helps Caesar.

The document that Antony had with him was Caesar's will.

The contents of the will were:-

of the romans in olden times)

   * People should be allowed to use his newly planted orchards beside River
   Tiber..
