Yes it is true that we can normally learn from like minded persons than from
   those who have contradictory viewpoints. With the same mind we could achieve
   our target fast and within the time limit. If there will be conflict then so
   many obstacle can come on way of success. 
   In a family if all are thinking in the same way that family’s success will
   be definite. In that family all will be living in peace and healthy
   environment. This kind of cheerful and happy atmosphere will be very good
   for newly born baby and a develop child. In a society if all people will
   work together than step by step first society than state and than country
   can develop very well. In that way if reach people agree with social work
   they can give charity for education, heath and so many other reason.
   However like minded person can learn more than contradictory viewpoint, but
   this can be beneficial in some point of view. Due to contradictory point of
   view, new ideas can come across. People can think in different way. Its true
   that in this way tension can come. But due to different viewpoint people can
   think in innovative way. Like our great scientist Albert Einstein, He had
   his own idea regarding light velocity and relativity. Initially all were
   against but latter he gave a very great law to physics theory of relativity
   and he told that velocity of light is constant.
   At last I want to say that both have its own benefit, but it is true that
   generally success ca achieve by unity, same thinking. In contradictory
   viewpoint people have to do very hard work that to in opposite direction for
   getting success.
