WESTERN GHATS:-
1) it is a continuous range
2)the average ht. of the mountains is 1200m above the sea level
3)they are broader than the eastern ghats
EASTERN GHATS:-
1)it is broken by the rivers.
2)the average ht. of the mountains is 450m
3)they are narrower than the western ghats
