   12.8 Joules
   mass = 64g = 0.064speed = 20m/s Kinetic Energy = 1/2 mv*v        
                     0.5* 0.064*20*20                    
          12.8 JAssuming that there is no loss of energy the kinetic energy
   at ground will change into potential energy at the highest point according
   ti the law of conservation of energy  Potential Energy = 12.8J
