   common seal is very significant for a company as any document wich does not
   bear a common seal of the company is nt binding upon the company
   common seal is an official signature of the company.company concents or
   authenticates any document by putting its common seal. common seal consist
   of a the name of the company engraved in a rubber stamp alog with the
   signature of any two directors and company seceretary
