An ideal after-dinner cocktail made from brandy, crème de cacao and double cream.

Serve In : Cocktail Glass (6 fl oz) as shown above

2 fl oz (50 ml) brandy
2 fl oz (50 ml crème de cacao
2 fl oz (50 ml) double cream
4 ice cubes ocoa powder to garnish

Pour the brandy, crème de cacao and the double cream into a cocktail shaker along with the ice cubes. Shake well to mix thoroughly.
Strain into cocktail glass(es). Serve garnished with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

TIP:

crème de cacao is a sweet liqueur made from cocoa beans and vanilla.
