Serve In : Shot Glass(2 oz) as shown above
½ fl oz (12 ml) crème de menthe
½ fl oz (12 ml) grenadine
½ fl oz (12 ml) Irish cream
- Pour the crème de menthe in a shot glass.
- Pour the grenadine gently from over the back of a spoon so that it does not mix.
- Top with the Irish cream. Serve without stirring.
TIP:
- Grenadine is a strong blood-red syrup made with pomegranates and honey.
- Crème de menthe is a peppermint-flavored liqueur.
