Serve In : Shot Glass (2 fl oz) as shown above
1 fl oz (25 ml) butterscotch schnapps (preferably chilled)
½ fl oz (12 ml) Irish cream liqueur
- Pour the butterscotch schnapps in shot glass(es).
- Pour the Irish cream gently over the back of a spoon such that it floats and does not mix.
TIP:
- Butterscotch schnapps is a sweet butter-flavored liqueur.
- Bailey's is a famous brand of Irish cream liqueur.
