Mexican Avocado Dip (Guacamole)


A traditional Mexican dip made with avocados.

Vegetarian Quick and Easy Cooking

Change Number of Servings To:

Serves: 4 
Style: Mexican Vegetarian

2  ripe avocado(s) peeled and stone removed and chopped
1  medium onion(s) chopped
2  tomato(es) chopped
2  flake(s) garlic chopped
1  teaspoon(s) red chilli flakes
1  tablespoon(s) lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a puree. Adjust salt, pepper and lemon juice as required.


  • This dip must be had immediately to avoid it from turning brown. It can ideally be made at serving time.

Serve immediately with: Mexican fries, corn chips, or any other snack.
