 4  large tomatoes finely chopped
 4  cups yoghurt lightly beaten
 1  teaspoon(s) of mustard seeds
 1  tablespoon(s) oil
 4  green chillies chopped
 Salt and pepper to taste.
 
   Season the lightly beaten yoghurt with salt and pepper.  Heat the oil on high flame till hot. Drop in the mustard seeds and let them splutter.  Now, to this add the tomatoes, green chillies and mix well. Fry on high heat for 4  minutes or till the fat separates from the sides of the pan. Cool. Pour this mixture over the seasoned yoghurt and mix lightly.   Serve chilled. |
