Serves: 4 Cooking time (approx.): minutes 4 cup(s) shredded chicken (kai) 2 onions cubed 2 new potatoes cooked and cubed 4 tablespoon(s) coconut milk 4 tablespoon(s) yellow curry paste (nam prik kaeng karee) 2 kaffir lime leaves (bai ma krut) 2 teaspoon(s) palm sugar 4 tablespoon(s) fish sauce (nam pla) 4 tablespoon(s) oil salt to taste - Heat the oil in a pan and briefly saute the onions. Add the yellow curry paste and saute for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the fish sauce. Mix well. Cook on low level for about 5 minutes or till the chicken is tender.
Season with fish sauce Serve hot with steamed rice (khao suay) or noodles (guay thiew). |
