Syvum: Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. You agree to place the Syvum Affiliate Program ad code supplied to you, unmodified and in its entirity, on your publications. A "click-through to Syvum" will said to be received when a viewer of any your publications clicks on the Syvum Affiliate Program ad on your web site and arrives at the Syvum web site. Syvum will serve two Google Adsense ads (one of which may be an Adsense link unit) on the pages viewed by a visitor to our web site for 7 days immediately following the aforementioned "click-through to Syvum." By policy, some of our pages do not have any Google Adsense ads. As such, these pages will remain free from Google Adsense ads.
2. If a "click-through to Syvum" occurs from one affiliate within the stipulated 7 day period after a click-through to Syvum from another different affiliate members publication, the more recent click-through to Syvum will prevail in determination of which ad is to be shown.
3. You will be required to confirm your email address for participation in the Syvum Affiliate Program. In addition, you will be required to renew your Syvum Affiliate Program account every 60 days in order for it to remain active. You will be sent a reminder by email, with a link to the renewal page, at least 7 days before such an account renewal is due. Upon failure to renew the account, you may stop receiving the benefits of the Syvum Affiliate Program until the account is renewed again.
4. Syvum will not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the placement of Syvum Affiliate Program ad code in your publications, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
5. Syvum shall not provide you any compensation of any kind (financial or otherwise) for your participation in this program.
6. This affiliate program may be stopped at any time solely at Syvum's discretion.
7. These terms and conditions may be changed at any time solely at Syvum's discretion. Your continued use of Syvum affiliate ad code on your publications following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions on our web site will mean you accept those changes.
