6 cup(s) slivers of almonds
freshly ground black pepper to taste

Melt the butter in a pan and saute the almonds on medium heat for about 3 minutes or till roasted and aromatic. Season with freshly ground pepper

TIPS:
Almond butter sauce can be poured on a gnocchi of your choice and baked topped with cheese.

Serve hot with: Potato mushroom and chives gnocchi.
