Serve In : Tall Flute Glass (6 oz) as shown above
¼ fl oz (6 ml) brandy
1 fl oz (25 ml) sherry (sweet or medium)
2 slices of lemon, zest finely grated
1 cube(s) sugar
3 fl oz (75 ml) dry sparkling white wine
- Pour the brandy and sherry in a tall flute glass. Stir in the lemon zest and sugar cube(s). Continue stirring till the sugar dissolves. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour or till well-chilled.
- To serve, add the dry sparkling white wine to the flute glass and float the lemon slices on top.
