Corpse Reviver

Considered to be the perfect recipe to cure a hangover, this cocktail is made from brandy, white crème de menthe and Fernet Branca.

Serve In : Cocktail Glass (6 fl oz) as shown above

1 fl oz (25 ml) brandy
1 fl oz (25 ml) Fernet Branca
1 fl oz (25 ml) white crème de menthe
crushed ice cubes as required
2 slices of apple to decorate

Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve garnished with slices of apple.

TIP:

Fernet Branca is a bitters from Italy distilled from herbs. It is supposed to cure hangovers.
Crème de menthe is a peppermint-flavored liqueur.
