Serve In : Cocktail Glass (6 fl oz) as shown above
3 fl oz (75 ml) white rum
4 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon(s) sugar syrup
lots of crushed ice cubes
1 slice(s) of lime to decorate
- Pour all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with crushed ice cubes. Shake well to mix.
- Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve decorated with slice(s) of lime.
TIP:
- To make sugar syrup, bring to boil on low heat in a small saucepan 3 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons sugar stirring continuously so as to dissolve the sugar. Simmer for about a minute or two without stirring.
