Serve In : Highball Glass (8 oz) as shown above
2 fl oz (50 ml) Bourbon whiskey
4 fl oz (100 ml) cranberry juice
1 teaspoon(s) fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon(s) fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons suger syrup
ice cubes as required
1 slice(s) of lime
- Pour the Bourbon whiskey, cranberry juice, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup with some ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake well to mix.
- Strain the mixture over ice cubes in highball glass(es).
- Serve garnished with slice(s) of lime.
TIP:
- To make sugar syrup, bring to boil on low heat in a small saucepan 3 tablespoons water and 3 tablespoons sugar stirring continuously so as to dissolve the sugar. Simmer for about a minute or two without stirring.
