Y2K Compliance of Syvum ProductsAll of Syvum's products available on www.syvum.com have been tested to be Y2K compliant. For the purposes of this statement, Y2K compliance shall mean that the documented performance, features and functionality of Syvum products will not be affected by dates prior to, during and after year 2000; provided that all other products, specifically including the computer's BIOS and operating system, properly provide dates to Syvum products. In the event that Syvum discovers a need to modify or otherwise change its products with respect to Y2K compliance, any such modification may be made available to general public at our standard upgrade charge.
