After this titinius did a very great job, he first crowned Cassius's dead
body and than he killed himself with the same dagger by which Cassius
suicided. At the end of the scene, Brutus declares Cassius amongst the last
true reomans and orders his soldiers to take his body to thasos. And bury
   him  with a funeral

When caesar tells this to the soothayer, the soothsayer says that the ides
of march hae come but not yet gone , He still does his work of warning
caesar. But instead of following , caesar shows an arrogant attitude towards
him, and as a resullt , he is killed within an hour.Caesar hinks that he is
more dangerous than danger and so he is fearless.

   Answer:-
The speakers are on the plains of phillipi (i.e. battleground) on a hill on
the battle field. Pindarus is Cassius's slave who was captured after Cassius
winning te battle against Parthia. The report which Messala wishes to convey
to Brutus is of Cassius being dead.

Pindarus conveys the message that soldiers are surrounding Titinius and also
Titinius is still moving in the same pace and after that the soldiers
surround Titinius and the soldiers shout joyfully.

He falls into a guilty and sad mood.

No he was not right in blaming himself because he sent him to check whether
the soldiers were of their army or not and also the soldiers were of their
army and Cassius mistook what Pindarus had observed and said.
