Serves: 4 Cooking time (approx.): minutes 4 bell peppers (red, green and yellow) deseeded and cored 6 coriander roots (rak pak chi) well crushed 4 cloves of garlic (kratiem) well crushed 2 cup(s) minced meat 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper powder 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce 1 tablespoon(s) coriander leaves (bai pak chi) salt to taste - In a bowl, combine the crushed coriander roots and garlic along with the minced meat, black pepper powder and soy sauce. Mix well and let it stand for about 10 minutes.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the minced meat and steam for about 30 minutes.
- In a serving dish, make four slices of each bell pepper and arrange them well.
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves accompanied with cabbage wedges. |
