Peanuts Raw Papaya

Raw papaya grated and tossed along with cherry tomatoes and a unique combination of Thai herbs.

Serves: 4 

4  cup(s) grated raw papaya
1  cup(s) finely shredded cucumber and carrots
2  tablespoons peanuts crushed
4  cherry tomatoes halved
4  whole fresh red chillies (prik khi nu daeng) crushed
4  cloves of garlic (kratiem) crushed
1  tablespoon(s) fish sauce (nam pla)
2  tablespoons lemon (manao) juice
2  tablespoon(s) sugar

  1. Combine the crushed garlic, peanuts, and red chillies in a bowl.
  2. Toss in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Serve immediately topped with some more crushed peanuts and red chilli.
