Style: Alcoholic Cocktail

Serve In : Hurricane Glass (15 fl oz) as shown above

1 fl oz (25 ml) tequila
1 fl oz (25 ml) white rum
1 fl oz (25 ml) grapefruit juice
2 fl oz (50 ml) pineapple juice
1 fl oz (25 ml) coconut milk
crushed ice cubes as required
1 wedge(s) of pineapple to decorate.

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well.

Strain the mixture into hurricane glass(es).

Serve garnished with wedge(s) of pineapple.

TIP:
Acapulco was originally made from dark rum without any fruit juices.
