This drink is a result of creatively using up extra ginger beer. Made with vodka and lime juice, it is served topped up with ginger beer.

Serve In : Highball Glass (8 oz) as shown above

2 fl oz (50 ml) vodka
4 tablespoons lime juice
4 ice cubes cracked
ginger beer, to top up
1 slice(s) of lime
  1. Pour the vodka and lime juice over ice cubes in highball glass(es). Stir well.
  2. Top with the ginger beer and serve garnished with slice(s) of lime.
