2 oz (50 ml) gin
1 oz (25 ml) grenadine
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
½ teaspoon(s) egg white
4 ice cubes
- Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain the mixture into chilled cocktail glass(es) and serve.
TIP:
- Grenadine is a strong blood-red syrup made with pomegranates and honey.
- The difference between Pink Lady and White Lady is the grenadine used (instead of cointreau).
