A variation to the Daiquiri, this colorful drink is made with light rum, strawberry schnapps, lime juice and crushed strawberries.

Change number of people to automatically recalculate ingredient amounts.

Style: Alcoholic Cocktail

Serve In : Cocktail Glass (6 fl oz) as shown above

1 fl oz (25 ml) light rum
½ fl oz (12 ml) strawberry schnapps
1 fl oz (25 ml) lime juice
1 fl oz (25 ml) crushed strawberries
1 teaspoon(s)granulated sugar
ice cubes as required
  1. Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Strain the mixture into cocktail glass(es) and serve.
    TIP:
  • Finely powdered sugar is called granulated sugar or caster sugar.
